2. Prohibited Content
You may not use CreatorCubi to create, host, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent)
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
- Violates privacy rights or contains unauthorized personal information
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- Promotes illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Contains adult content without appropriate age verification
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use CreatorCubi to:
- Send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited communications
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other network attacks
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service
- Mine cryptocurrency without explicit authorization
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use automated systems to abuse the Service
4. Resource Usage
You agree to use computing resources responsibly. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that consume excessive resources or negatively impact other users.
5. Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Ensuring your deployed cubis do not contain security vulnerabilities
- Promptly reporting any security incidents to us
- Keeping your deployed content and dependencies up to date
6. Third-Party Content
If your cubi includes third-party content, code, or services, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and licenses, and that such content complies with this AUP.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it to info@nexartis.com. Include as much detail as possible, including URLs and descriptions of the violation.
8. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions in response to violations:
- Issue a warning
- Remove or disable access to violating content
- Suspend your account temporarily
- Terminate your account permanently
- Report violations to law enforcement
We reserve the right to take action without prior notice in cases of severe violations or imminent harm.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
